Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, though not mandatory. In case we do not have an immediate table available, you can enjoy yourself and your company at our cozy bar.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online via our website and Chope.com or by calling our office on +62 81 239 999825 or +62 361 739233 , between 8:30am and 5pm.
Do I need to reconfirm my booking?
It is recommended to reconfirm your booking before 12pm on the day of your booking.
When should I arrive if I made a booking?
Please make your best effort to be early or on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for 15 minutes, please ensure to notify the restaurant if you are running late, to avoid disappointment.
Can I book a specific table or request a table in my favourite area of the restaurant?
Requests may be made for certain table allocations, we will do our best , but in some cases we can’t guarantee.
What is the Dress Code?
Dress code is smart casual. We have a no singlet / bare foot policy.
I need to change or cancel a booking, is this permitted?

What is Barbabcoa’s BYO policy?
We have a no BYO in our Restaurant. We recommend that you chose from our wide range of hand selected wines.
Is smoking allowed at Barbacoa?
Our venue is split into non-smoking and smoking. You may be asked on booking which area you would like to sit in. Please feel free to ask for your preferred area. Generally smoking area is only permitted outside.
Do you have Valet parking available?
Valet is a free service that we offers at Barbacoa. We have on site parking and also parking across the road from our venue.
Can I bring my precious children as well?
Children are welcome in our restaurant. Our menu is designed for children as well as adults. If by any chance your children need a special menu, our team will offer recommendations.
I have a food allergy / I am on a diet, can you take that into account when preparing the dishes?
Please let us know in advance if you have dietary requirements, or your friendly waiter at the time of your arrival.
We would love to come with a larger group, is this possible?
In of a group 10 or more, you will in most cases be offered a selection of set menu’s, at the discretion of management. For large groups of 12 or more, we may require a deposit or Credit Card on file. Final Numbers must be finalised 24 hours before the evening of the dinner.
